3 Days Residential PD Camp (Unnayan)
Personality Development Program
- Parishkar College provides theatre, drama, music, painting, discussions, debates, writing exercises, open house discussions, games & sports, excursions & visits, lab work, carnivals, exhibitions, and extension lectures by experts, among other activities that invigorate the inner selves of each Parishkar College student.
- All these activities bring students out of their own shells, away from subjects, books, and fixed mindsets and examination patterns. This varied exposure contributes to the sublimation of their vision, targets, performances, and success celebrations. In Parishkar College, students construct their own personalities in their own way.
- Three-Days Residential Orientation Camp: Before the commencement of the teaching programme, every student has to attend a three-days residential camp in the college campus, which happens to be extremely joyful. This three-day orientation programme is a unique event at Parishkar College. The aim of this programme is to remove fear and hesitation regarding the new college and the new life itself. The focus is on understanding oneself, enhancing self-image, conducting SWOC (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges) analysis, setting and concentrating on concrete targets, engaging in a serious struggle for self-development, and evolving into analytical thinking and decision-making processes. The impact of the PD camp is so immense that the students become comfortable, positive, proactive, and creative in their overall behavior.
