Teaching in Electrical Engineering department at MREC,(now MNIT). Senior Management position  in Central Public Sector Enterprise under administrative control of Ministry of Heavy Industry, Foreign Assignment:  Visited Pakistan (1988), Uganda (1998), Australia (1999), Spain (2005), Sudan (2006), Bahamas (2010) & Dubai (2013) as Member of Indian Technical Mission on Solar Energy or Delegate for attending conference / Seminar/ Meetings. Areas of Specialization • Renewable energy project development, planning and implementation. • Formation and monitoring the business plan and corporate strategy. • Interaction with ministries/ departments on issues related with policy formation and project implementation. Formation of project proposals, appraisals and obtaining clearances from the concerned Ministry/Agencies • Developing IT enable solutions for Project Monitoring • Ensuring corporate governance norms as per government guidelines, vision & mission with qualitative & quantitative objectives of the organization • Corporate functions such as PPC, HR, Marketing, and issues related to RTI, CSR, grievance handling etc. • Associating with Premier Technical Institutes, for Joint Research & Development.
