Mentor-Mentee

Mentor-Mentee Program

The Mentor-Mentee program focuses on establishing and maintaining healthy relationships between teachers and students. Parishkar College assigns a Parent-Teacher to a group of approximately 40 students To understand their cognitive, psychological, and emotional behavior.

Some major roles of a mentor are:

  1. Increasing self-confidence and self-awareness among students.
  2. Fostering a goal-setting mindset in students.
  3. Adopting a one-on-one student-teacher approach that helps mentors engage emotionally with their mentees and resolve their emotional issues.
  4. Mentors also bridge the gap between parents/guardians and college management, facilitating suitable changes in mentees and helping build responsible citizens for society.
